As we do customize products hence no refunds will be provided for products that are printed and ready to ship/pickup, Hence no refunds will be provided for courier damages and delays. **This is just a standard policy but as we are customer friendly so we still consider to make partial refund in case if you received broken or damanged product but complete package unboxing video needs to be share with us.
